Grant Honeyman has extensive consulting and facilitating experience. He has worked in positions including Trainer, Facilitator, Learning & Development Manager and Human Resources Manager. Grant has worked in the Banking and Commercial Finance industry along with Manufacturing, Hospitality, IT and Automotive industries. He is energetic, motivated, creative and driven to help organisations realise greater potential through their people.
Grant began his training career in manufacturing, firstly through design, development and delivery of technical based training then moving on to delivery of interpersonal skill building workshops. Seeking to broaden his experience, Grant secured a Facilitating role within Westpac Banking Corporation and rapidly moved to a senior Learning & Development Consultant role providing generalist learning and development advice, solutions and recommendations.
Staying within the banking sector, Grant again gained valuable experience with JP Morgan, a global powerhouse in Investor Services. Here Grant was also able to further refine his leadership skills looking after a small but dedicated team of professional training and coaching staff.
Most recently, Grant has been employed in the hospitality sector, managing the Learning & Development function for a high-profile site with approximately 1000 staff while also engaging in generalist HR responsibilities. Following this, Grant moved to become Manager of the Human Resource function within organisations in IT and automotive industries.
Grant has a strong background in Culture Change activities, Performance Management Systems and a wide variety of interpersonal skill building topics. As a professional Human Resource Development consultant, Grant actively participates in further education to keep up to date with current trends and issues.
