Rob started his career in Training and Development in 1983 while working in the Commonwealth Government. He managed the Staff Training and Development section of a department with over 1200 employees and was the Director of Training Services Australia, the government’s specialist trainer training service.

For the past 11 years Rob has been the principal consultant of his own training company.

In that time he has worked with a wide range of organisations in both the public and private sector including working with community pharmacies in regional areas for the past four years.

Rob is an Associate Consultant with Tanya Perry & Associates Pty Ltd and the Australian Institute of Management.

Rob’s range of experience and highly developed communication skills enable him to relate to people at all levels.
